Shipping Policy
How long does delivery take?
All orders ship within 3 business days. If the order is placed by 3:30 PM CST Monday-Friday it will ship the same day. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at jessi.bieker@containernut.com. Please take in consideration holidays and weekends - we do not ship during these periods.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, containing your order details and tracking information once available.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we can do our best to reroute but can’t promise the shipping company will allow it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, yes we can cancel and refund immediately. If your product has been shipped, we charge a return shipping fee which will be taken out of your refund.
United States Shipping
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but due to high shipping costs we do not offer free shipping to these two states. For orders in Alaska or Hawaii, please call for a quote.
*There is one exception. We do not offer free shipping for the EZY Hitch. For any inquiries regarding this product, please contact us for a quote.

International Shipping
We currently ship to countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. We add the taxes and duties into our shipping rate.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for our records and we will assist you with a replacement or refund. The box must show in the photo that it has not been opened.
